This workflow will seamlessly connect PayPal with Google Drive, offering an efficient and secure method for the automated transfer of essential financial data. This integration streamlines the flow of PayPal data to a desired location in Google Drive, ensuring that your financial records are securely stored, organized, and easily accessible for further analysis and processing within your organization.

Setup Guide

This integration will establish a connection between PayPal and Google Drive. Once the connection is established, the integration will then pull the data from each PayPal object specified in the Object List parameter. The integration will then generate a CSV file for each object and send all files to an Google Drive. If the parameter Compression is set to true, all CSV files will be compressed and uploaded to target Google Drive location. The uploaded files will be named as Object_currentdate.

To run this integration and connect PayPal to the Google Drive, you need to configure the parameters that are mentioned below.

PayPal

• Server URL Required. Specify the desired host in the server URL.
• Client ID Required. Specify the client ID that belongs to your app.
• Client Secret Required. Specify the client secret that belongs to your app.
• Object List Required. This parameter accepts comma-separated values if you want to pull data from multiple PayPal objects, e.g. Invoice, Product.
• Batch Size Required. The default is set to 100.
• Query Parameter Optional. Specify the query parameter. Multiple query parameters are separated with a new line.
• Compression Optional. The default is set to true.

Google Drive

• Token File Required. Select the Google Drive Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here on how to generate the token file.
• Target Location Required. Specify the path to the target location ending with a trailing slash.
