ServiceTitan objects data to Sharepoint by COZYROC

Streamlines the extraction and conversion of multiple ServiceTitan object data into CSV files, effortlessly transferring them to Sharepoint leveraging Micrsoft connection for centralized storage and accessibility, optimizing data management and facilitating streamlined analysis and reporting processes.

Setup Guide

This integration will pull the data from each specified ServiceTitan object listed in the Object List parameter. The integration will then generate a CSV file for each object and send all files to Sharepoint. If the parameter Compression is set to true, all CSV files will be compressed and uploaded to Sharepoint. The uploaded files will be named as Object_currentdate.

To run this integration and connect ServiceTitan to Sharepoint, you need to configure the parameters that are mentioned below

ServiceTitan

• Server URL Required. Specify the desired environment in the server URL.
• Client ID Required. Specify the client ID that belongs to your app.
• Client Secret Required. Specify the client secret that belongs to your app.
• Tenant Required. Specify the tenant.
• ST App Key Required. Specify the ST_APP_Key.
• Object List Required. This parameter accepts comma-separated values if you want to pull data from multiple PayPal objects, e.g. Invoice, Product.
• Batch Size Required. The default is set to 200.
• Query Parameter Optional. Specify the query parameter. Multiple query parameters are separated with a new line.
• Compression Optional. The default is set to True.

Microsoft Graph

• Server Host Required. Default is set to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/root when connecting to the default SharePoint instance. Set to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/<site-id> when connecting to a specific SharePoint instance.
• Token File Required. Select the Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here regarding how to generate the token file.
• Destination Folder Required. Specify the path to the destination folder ending with a trailing slash.
