Workflow that will connect Zendesk with Google Drive, providing an efficient and automated process for transferring Zendesk object data to Google Drive. This integration streamlines the flow of information, ensuring that data from Zendesk is seamlessly and securely stored in your Google Drive, fostering collaboration and accessibility within your organization.
Setup Guide
This integration will establish a connection between Zendesk and Google Drive. Once the connection is established, the integration will then pull the data from each Zendesk
object specified in the Object List
parameter. The integration will then generate a CSV file for each object and send all files to Google Drive. If the parameter Compression
is set to true, all CSV files will be compressed and uploaded to Google Drive. The uploaded files will be named as Object_currentdate
.
To run this integration and connect Zendesk to Google Drive, you need to configure the parameters that are mentioned below.

Server Host
Required. Provide the relevant [domain] in the Server URL.Token File
Required. Select the Zendesk Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here on how to generate the token file.Object List
Required. This parameter accepts comma-separated values if you want to pull data from multiple objects, e.g. Ticket, Organization, etc.Batch Size
Required. The default is set to 100.Query Parameter
Optional. Multiple query parameters are separated by a new line.Compression
Optional. The default is set to True.

Token File
Required. Select the Google Drive Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here on how to generate the token file.Target Location
