In this integration, the Microsoft Graph connection acts as the bridge, providing an efficient and automated process for transferring Zendesk object data to the desired Sharepoint location. This integration streamlines the flow of information, ensuring that data from Zendesk is seamlessly and securely transferred to Sharepoint, fostering collaboration and accessibility within your organization.
Setup Guide
This integration will establish a connection between Zendesk and Sharepoint. Once the connection is established, the integration will then pull the data from each Zendesk object specified in the Object List parameter. The integration will then generate a CSV file for each object and send all files to the desired Sharepoint location. If the parameter Compression is set to true, all CSV files will be compressed and uploaded to the desired Sharepoint location. The uploaded files will be named as Object_currentdate.
