Zoho CRM Leads to Google Drive 1.0.0

Workflow that will connect Zoho CRM with Google Drive, providing an efficient and automated process for transferring leads data. This integration streamlines the flow of information, ensuring that leads from Zoho CRM are seamlessly and securely stored in your Google Drive, fostering collaboration and accessibility within your organization.

Setup Guide

This integration will establish a connection between Zoho CRM and Google Drive. Once the connection is established, the integration will then retrieve the leads data as a Comma-Separated Values CSV or Excel xlsx file depending on what the user has specified for the parameter FileType, and upload it to the Google Drive. The uploaded files will be named Lead_currentdate.

To run this integration and connect Zoho CRM to Google Drive, you need to configure the parameters that are mentioned below.

Zoho CRM

• Token File Required. Select the Zoho CRM Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here on how to generate the token file.
• Batch Size Required. The default is set to 200.
• Modified Since Optional. Specify datetime to get the list of recently modified records.
• File Type Required. The default is set to Excel.

Google Drive

• Token File Required. Select the Google Drive Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here on how to generate the token file.
• Target Location Required. Specify the path to the target location ending with a trailing slash.
