Setup Guide
This integration will establish a connection between Zoho CRM and Google Drive. Once the connection is established, the integration will then retrieve the leads data as a Comma-Separated Values CSV or Excel xlsx file depending on what the user has specified for the parameter FileType, and upload it to the Google Drive. The uploaded files will be named Lead_currentdate.
To run this integration and connect Zoho CRM to Google Drive, you need to configure the parameters that are mentioned below.
Zoho CRM
Token FileRequired. Select the Zoho CRM Rest Token file from the drop-down list. Review the KB-Article mentioned here on how to generate the token file.Batch SizeRequired. The default is set to 200.Modified SinceOptional. Specify datetime to get the list of recently modified records.File TypeRequired. The default is set to Excel.
Google Drive
